Good service on time no hassles clean facility

I was told by Mike that I had 2 weeks to use the truck for free just pay the insurance cost. Then I was told by Chris that I had to use the truck within the 2 weeks. It was confusing. I think that the workers need to be on the same page.

I reserved my unit online. When I arrived at the office the agent was with another customer and stated “hello sir, I’ll be right with you”. After he reviewed my information we walked to the unit which was very clean. While on the way explaining different units in their sizes as well as the truck rental service they offer as well. After we got back into the office I change my mind and wanted a larger unit he said no problem ( with a positive expression)and we went back out into the rain in which he had no hat or umbrella. The whole time he was very professional and courteous and patient. I have been working in retail most of my life too often you do not get that level of service.
